After working for almost 46 years, I stopped working in December 2020 and am now retired and finally i have time to make my own website public.

During the last 22 years, in which I have been involved in many different tasks and challenges in the IT world, there was never the time to create this page.

This site will be the platform for me to post pictures of my travels and hikes.
Maybe write about special experiences.
And step-by-step references to other important pages and topics.

It will grow over time.

Schwarzwald 14 Days with my wonderful Wife Heidi and one of my Daughter , including Daily Hiking Trips.

Spain 8 Days , visit my Brother and his Wife. Very nice 8 Days .

It´s me

Now 65 years old, stopped working 13 months ago.

Married with the best wife of the world, proud father of three children.

Enjoying retirement and now focusing on my specialty activities such as hiking and travelling.

At the same time, I can finally invest more time in social work, such as a student godfather and other important topics or tasks.

Lechweg Hiking Tour

Between two lockdown phases, I finally decided to start my first long-distance hike.

After being inspired by a dear colleague, I decided to walk the Lechweg hiking trail.

It was a big challenge for me because the path begins in the high mountains. And unfortunately the first 5 days were very difficult because it actually rained all the time. Some of the paths were almost impassable.

But in the end, after a total of 145 kilometers, I happily reached my destination, the Lechfall in Füssen, and that with bright sunshine.

I was proud of myself .
